Most sites today have added 2FA to their user login to keep the user account safe from hackers or others that just want to play games.
edirectory needs a 2FA system for email with a one-time passcode that is time-sensitive.
This will keep business users’ information much safer and give the customer /user a better feeling of security.
The bigger problem is that SEO Agents are creating listings for their customers and, in doing so, are adding accounts using one-time email addresses, creating and using email addresses that are never checked. This needs to stop. SEO agents need to be made to provide real email addresses that are being checked regularly.
Just an idea: Maybe an SEO Agent add-on where the agent signs up once, and all listing accounts are listed under their one account. This way, they only use one email address, and as a condition, they agree to use an email address that is checked regularly. Also, a small commission % could be given to the Agent for a paid account.
THE BIGGER PROBLEM
I have found that some email addresses being used by SEO agents are registered on a private cPanel account controlled by someone else that the agent or the agent's customer does not know. From my investigation, these email addresses can’t be accessed once you have signed up for the email account. This gives full access to the cPanel account owner to all the information being sent to these email addresses when a new listing is created. I see this as a BIG security problem and a time bomb that could take down thousands of listing accounts, or the person behind the cPanel account could be using other people's information that is unknown to us yet. I see other email servers setting up to do the same thing that has just started.
It appears that everyone nowadays is an SEO Agent with no training, no skills, and is just after their customer’s money. I have looked at these SEO Agents listings, and they are only 50-70% completed, but what is more noticeable is that they miss out on completing all the most important sections, such as the SEO section.
