Better Intuitive View and Options for Sponsor and Visitor Accounts

When viewing our list of sponsor and visitor accounts, we have to click on each to access options. It would be better to have popular options viewable in the listing (e.g., Approve Account, Active Status, View Page)

Also, it would be great to have a filter so that we can see all accounts that are active or need approval. I have to click on each account to see if I didn’t miss approving them.

Last thing, it would be great to have an internal option to add notes for each account.
