Listing Card Widgets - Optional Subtitle Layout

I would like to propose the option to include a subtitle underneath Listing Card widgets. This was proposed by AI as I was using it to help me optimize my site’s UX.

Functions:

1. The subtitle field can be optional.

2. If left empty, the title occupies it’s original place holder.
3. If populated, the title shifts up as illustrated.
