State Field — Increase Label Character Limit

The "State" field label can currently be renamed via the sitemgr, however the field is not long enough to accommodate international naming conventions that combine multiple terms.

For example, a label such as "State / Province / Region" or "State / Province / District" or “State / County / Territory” gets cut off because the character limit is too short.

Request: Please increase the maximum character length of the State field label so that combined international terms can be displayed in full.
