Do not allow a sponsor to leave without adding a listing

Many users have gone to the directory just to get a profile page and link then leave without actually adding a business listing. The flow would be extremely helpful if after signing up/ getting a profile page, the user is in a way forced to add a business listing if they became a “sponsor” account.. because that is the major intent of the online directory - to have actual business listings, not for people to just randomly create a personal profile page and leave.
